Transfer and Cancellation Policy

At Technical Training Alliance (TTA), we are committed to delivering high-quality IT training programs designed to meet
your professional goals. We understand that plans can change, so we have outlined our Transfer and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all participants.

 

 

1. Course Cancellations by TTA

In the event that TTA cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor availability),
participants will be given the option to either:

 Transfer to a future course offering, or Receive a full refund of the course fee.

 2.Course Transfers

If you cannot complete a course but wish to transfer to a future session, please contact us at least five days before the
course starts. Transfer requests made after the course begins will not be honored.
